First-Time Deep Clean

Our deep clean takes double the time because we are scrubbing years of buildup, vents, light fixtures, baseboards, and grout. Highly recommended for your very first visit! 

**Deep Clean Rates (Based on Home Size):**

• Small Home / Apartment (Under 1,500 sq. ft.): $250 – $300

• Medium / Large Homes: Charged at 50% to 100% more than your standard maintenance rate. 

**What's Included:**

• Everything in a standard clean PLUS:

• Hand-scrubbing baseboards, trim, and doors

• Detailed vent cover dusting and grime removal

• Light fixtures, ceiling fans, and switches sanitized

• Deep tile, grout, and shower track scrubbing
